Which Tesla? New Job/Hybrid/600 Miles RT

Guys, landing a new job which will be hybrid with 2x weeks per month onsite, the location is 600 miles away round trip. I am in North East USA so snow is an occasional factor. My new Tesla purchase choices are:
M3RWD cheapest, eff range 260 miles
M3LR 4WD, effective range 281 miles
MYLR 4WD, better road height, 281
Which one to I buy?

Vs MY most numbers are the same but imagine with these frequent trips I have to sleep inside the MY, it’s an option and tow ability, both big pluses.

If sleeping inside the car and towing are of value to you, a Model Y is probably a good idea.

Considering the distance and the potential for snow, I'd be looking at either a Long Range Model 3 (dual motor) or a Long Range Model Y (dual motor). Which one you choose depends on which form factor you prefer. As mentioned above, if you plan on doing any car camping, the Y is the more comfortable vehicle, although I've camped in my 3 plenty of times and it's fine.
