Wheel aerodynamics for symmetrical pairs

With more aftermarket Aerowheel Covers coming as symmetrical pairs like the one below (left and right mirror imaged), what are the aerodynamic effects on efficiency?

Basically, is the recommended left and right side in the picture correct?

Even though difference in efficiency will be small, and the factory covers could still be the best, it would still be interesting to know. I really like the M3 Aerocovers, but my MY Geminis are too ugly imo.

Yes, picture is correct. If you reversed them, I'd expect more wind resistance.

FYI, the OEM uberturbines use a single mold for all 4 wheel.

Yeah I really like the look of symmetrical turbines, so aftermarket covers are what I got.
