Whats upgradeable from the "Refresh" into the old body style?

Title says it all. What upgradable that anybody knows about? Such as are the front seats upgradable? or perhaps the exterior black chrome trim pieces?

maybe the front bumper?? that's all one would really need if it fit for an exterior refresh

Seats have different connectors and wire routing. In the refresh cars the sunroof control module handles the memory for the steering wheel instead of the seat's memory module (the seat had to start remembering headrest position instead). So to retrofit the newer seats you need to modify the main front wiring hardness (removing carpet, dash, etc), install an updated sunroof control module, update those connectors, etc etc etc. I attempted it once on my 2014 S to get the ventilated front seats, and was actually successful... however it's wayyyy too much work to bother.

Most exterior stuff is doable, although some more involved than others.

In general I chalk most of this up to just not being worth it. If you want a refresh car, just sell and upgrade. Way easier.
