What's the difference between 'style' variations of tires on Tire Rack?

Three different 'styles' of the same tire

1. Blackwall
2. Porsche
3. Oem/Tesla (Acoustic Tech)

What's the difference? Price between 2/3 is negligible but there's a decent sale on style #1.

If you compare the specs on TireRack the Tesla spec ones have a wider tread width of 8.8” vs 8.5 for the generic. Whether there’s a real difference who really knows.

It’s not listed publicly what the exact differences are. Can be anything from different tread patterns, compounds, tread depth, tread width, side wall stiffness, rim protector lip thickness, etc etc.

thanks, am i realistically fine with either of these three selections?

I mean sure they should all fit, but I would just go with the Tesla version because of the acoustic foam.

I would NOT go with Tesla spec because of the acoustic foam. It does nothing for you, doesn't quiet the tire down and has a tendency to come loose causing more issues.
Just get the regular PS4S like many thousands of people before you. You're just throwing money away with the other.

thanks, i'd also heard a lot of tire shops won't try to repair them because of it
