What is this part called, anyone know how to remove it?
One picture is to show you where on the car I am looking the other is a close-up of the part.
 
Don't know. Don't have one of those. I would guess that is a small aerodynamic piece to deflect air away from the rear tire, similar to the air dams on the in front of the front tires, and it looks easily replaceable as it will chip up from rocks frequently so you don't have to replace the whole side. How thoughtful of Tesla. :) Just guessing though.
