Awesome! Is this plug and play or does it require splicing? Its connected directly to the light in the frunk.
After a few hundred more KMs, I think my rear setting is too soft @ 12, lot of side to side swaying over bumps and body roll. Thinking of changing to around 7~9 clicks. Front feels ok at 8.I’m currently at 8 clicks from stiff in front and 10 clicks from stiff in the back. I don’t like it. I like things more firm and sporty. Maybe the springs still need to settle but I feel like the car is a little floaty wavering up and down a bit much for my tastes. Since the rear takes more work to adjust, I may adjust the front first to 6 and see how it turns out.
Not that I know of. The 38 psi probably does.Did the tire change cut down your range much. I was thinking about doing this on my new performance y.
I got more sidewall also but with 265/40/21 and 295/35/21. It’s so much better, better rim protection and a less jarring ride. Not that I know of. The 38 psi probably does.
I don’t have the stock comparison to go on as I had the swap done within days of delivery.
What I can say is there is exactly a .5” increase in tire height in the front and back with this 275/35/21 295/35/21 setup. It’s astounding the exact same height increase. That and psi makes for a wayyy better ride. Absorbs the small road imperfections.
Tbh I’m not one who cares as much abt total efficiency day by day or weekly/monthly. Like for gas back in the day, I couldn’t care less if one tank gave 520km and the next 470…
I just enjoyed the car and assumed it will fluctuate based on many factors. Heavy foot, weather, hwy vs city etc. I did the swap for comfort, added rim safety…while keeping the sexy Uber look View attachment 926605View attachment 926607View attachment 926606
Nice! The reason I did the 275/295 is I only had to buy 2 rear tires and move the 275’s to the front rims. sourced the identical Michelin AS.I got more sidewall also but with 265/40/21 and 295/35/21. It’s so much better, better rim protection and a less jarring ride.

Cool, I meant I get more sidewall compared to the regular set up in general. Your set up is nice! I took a chance on the Falkens.Nice! The reason I did the 275/295 is I only had to buy 2 rear tires and move the 275’s to the front rims. sourced the identical Michelin AS.
I kept my 255’s as spares.
Cost benefit buddy

So you took the stock rear tires, moved them to the front wheels. Bought new 295/35/21’s for the rear. Is the correct? Did the tire shop give you any hassles on “not the right size for the car”? Any rubbing on lock to lock turns or anything? Stock ride height? Our car is in order but from looking at other cars I really don’t like the stretched tire look. I want some vertical sidewall to fill up the wheel well and protect the wheel itself.
Where did you source your PPF from?I DIY full PPF (full body pre-cut kit, includes all window trims and side mirror assembly) for $1800 on my MYLR. Paid additional $30 for bulk PPF film to cover my carbon fiber front lip as well.
Splicing.....kinda. It comes with a T connector already in place. All you have to do is lay two of the wires from the frunk light that is already there across the channels in the T connector and close it down. No actual cutting of wires or anything like that. Extremely easy and can be removed just as easily if neededAwesome! Is this plug and play or does it require splicing?
Why do I see this? Is this an Apple thing? I'm on a Chrome book.Small touch today. Eventually going with most of the interior in red alcantara.
