WA Rebate - Model 3 LR White interior

I am in the process of buying a Tesla 3 Long Range and I would like to know if I add the white interior which is $1,500 extra I will still receive the rebate.

The car total without the white interior is calculated via the Tesla website as $69,700 which includes GST, delivery fee and order fee. However, if I add the white interior it goes up to $71,200 and the estate gov rebate is up to $70k.

My question is, do I still receive the rebate with the white interior?

Dutiable value includes GST, delivery fee and order fee so it would seem that you do not receive the rebate in that case.
