Upgrade to 2020.24.6 and 2020.28.1 borked mobile. Why?

Hi,

Haven't ever seen this problem before with my 2020
M3P - after I installed the 2020.24.6 upgrade, I lost connection to 4G data, with over 140 miles driven.

I reported it to service, who connected via my WiFi connection after a day and did something that fixed it.

I upgraded to 2020.28.1 today and had the same problem again. Reset of infotainment via the steering wheel button doesn't do anything.

I guess I'll have to report it again tomorrow, but has anyone else experiencing this and is there a workaround?
