Trunk Squeak, Climate Auto, and Coolant pump(?) problems on 2017 Model S

I've been noticing a few issues with my Model S 90D for the past few weeks. Wondering what/if there is a fix for them:
  1. When I open/close the trunk there is a loud squeaking sound coming from the passenger side power hatch lift support bar. Is this something that I can fix with WD-40 or some grease or does it need to be replaced?
  2. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the climate didn't retain the settings. When I leave, I would have the vent set to 1, but when I got back and started the car, it would be off. More recently, at least 1/2 the time, I'd have it set to 1 when I leave, but when it get back the auto climate turns on.
  3. The coolant pump (I think) seems to run pretty frequently. I have the energy conservation on and the alway on set to off. I don't remember the coolant pump buzzing as much with my 2013 Model S. How often should it run after the car is parked (assuming SoC is less than 80%)?

Thanks!
