Hopefully okay to post this here.
I installed the Redwood Motorsports Ohlins front and rear kit last year or so. Generally happy with it except the occasional noise. When I did the install they did not recommend using anything between the spring and the adjustable aluminum perch. The spring would move radially and twist on the perch.
For the rear "fix" was to machine a spacer to hold a Volvo thrust washer (originally for a front strut bearing) and install the bearing between the fixed upper portion of the spring mount and the rear spring.
On the front I used a '08 Saturn front strut bearing that I modified the part to fit into the front 4" OD Swift springs. I also glued a .100" [2.54mm] rubber spacer for radial play.
One reason for some of the noise was that I apparently didn't tighten the nut on one of the front shocks and damaged the upper strut mount. I made some new spacers out of steel that will help located the shock in the modified upper mount.
Instead of adjusting the ride height back to stock I raised the car up 20mm (currently running 255/45-20s which gains me ~13mm more ground clearance)
I tried to find the roughest roads around here in Antioch and all I can say is I am love with my MY again, it is so quiet again.
