Tesla Toolbox in Denver

Is there anyone here in the Denver area that has an active Toolbox subscription? I have a charge port ECU that needs an option set before it will work in my car. I don't want to pay $500 for a sub just for this minor procedure. I tried isntalling the module originally with just service mode and reinstalling the software but
