Not a PW2. 5 rounds ago, some won a PW1 and a few of those got installed. I won a couple PW1s, but was never able to get them installed. I took Tesla dollars instead to get a discount on my MS.
Still waiting for the solar token and powerwall. I stopped my referrals at 4 since they can't follow through with the awards. It is a poorly run program and I get tired of giving Tesla a pass. If I was going to buy a powerwall/battery I would buy from another company. I would not have them install solar panels let alone a roof.

I've gotten my Tesla powerwall credit but on purchasing a new car they said "my Tesla energy credits are unable to be transferred to my Tesla account" so this sounds like they can only be spent on powerwall/solar?

It was pretty clear when I selected the credit that it could be spend on literally anything Tesla (service appointments, schwag, a new vehicle, tires etc.).
That said I selected the credit about 2 weeks ago and don't show a credit anywhere on my Tesla page.
Would love to hear other experiences with the credit selection.
One referral away from powerwall here too! Just wondering, is it against the rules to give bonus gifts with the referral?
The rules of referral program forbits selling the referral code, but I guess selling means getting money for the code, not giving money or stuff away with the code. Correct me if I’m mistaken.

I made 4 referrals already in this program. So I received the chance to get a powerwall.
In Europe we can trade the powerwall for 6400€ in store credit. I took the store credit because i didnt want the powerwall.
I already got the email that my choice was recorded.
I contacted the service center and they say i have nothing. I emailed the referral program but no answer yet.
Store personal is also checking into the situation. Nothing on my tesla.
Does anyone know where to check the store credit?

Same here... they told me I would be able to apply it to my Model 3 purchase yesterday but went radio silent on me after me delivery specialist said he looked into it and can only apply it towards Tesla Energy...
It is considered against the rules. You can do it if you like but Tesla could decline to award the referral price.

Not only could Tesla decline to award the referral prize, but you'd be out that $1k you promised. Your call. I wouldn't do it.

This thread is getting very long, but I thought I'd add my query:
Is it usual to have wait over 2 months and still not get a redemption e-mail?
I have two referrals: one received his car on 3 November, the other on 21 November 2017. It's now mid January, and despite several e-mails to Tesla (who tell me everything is fine and dandy) I haven't heard a bean about my rewards. My Tesla app tells me to "Check e-mail for reward", but I haven't received anything.
Is this usual?!
