I have a breaker box with a breaker for my 3.8 and 7.6. I just turn off the inverter I am having problems with. I don't touch my 2 powerwalls or gateway.

Try turning the inverter breaker off for a minute and then back on. You might see the production go back up. I have a problem with mine and that seems to help. Tesla came out and can't figure out what is causing my problem. Of course they say it is producing within the numbers they have.

Went on Tesla chat 20 minutes before they closed. They were not much help but email showed up 5 minutes later. I requested payout. I liked getting a check better. pain in the ass to add bank info.

I sent an email inquiry one time and it took a week to hear back. I didn't purchase anything after the response took so long.

Make sure they have your correct email address. When my system was done the installer showed it was working but not on the app. He said it takes a while. He put in the wrong email and I had it corrected the next day then it worked fine.

I had a 2015 85D for 8 years. When I first went to the supercharger I would get 75 miles of range in 15 minutes. Then Tesla did a software change and made it slower. It then took 30 minutes for the 75 miles. Very slow.

I have attached a couple of pictures of an item I am curious about. These pictures are from the 7.6 inverter. After the 7.6 was installed they added a 3.8 inverter. The same item in the 3.8 inverter is not plugged in like in the 7.6. I assume it is for wi-fi?

Where does it say this on your website: " We actually include FREE prorated road hazard protection with every tire purchase as well." I have be going to Americas Tire for over 10 years and never saw anything regarding prorated protection unless you buy the certificates.

They probably will not fix at no cost.
