Solution
The two relays that supply voltage to the fan have melted. There is a very small box 3x3cm in the frunk to the right of your fuse box, with two relays in it. Try to get them out with pliers, otherwise Tesla may want to replace the entire previous wiring harness. You can buy the relay from Tesal for €2.5 each.
