Hello. I am in the process of repairing Tesla 3 2019. the car was imported from the United States to Europe. the left rear door and fender have been repaired. the battery was not damaged. The PCS module and the charging port were replaced with EU ones. during this replacement, the high voltage connectors were flooded by the coolant. Traces of coolant removed. after checking the insulation resistance, the front engine and rear engine, the air conditioning compressor and the heater are operational. the high voltage cable, despite drying, damaged insulation, has been ordered and will be replaced. when starting the high voltage, the contactor turns on but the isolation external fault appears. Is there anyone who can help on this topic? The insulation resistance of the battery is 10130 k ohm. Isn't it too high? Has the hv battery been damaged?

Which faults are currently present?

Don't think iso can be too high, to low is a bad thing offcourse
