Tesla appears to be struggling with the typical issues fast growing tech companies experience which need to be addressed for growth to continue. Early Tesla adopters we given free supercharger use , loaner cars for service, and repair service. As sales have grown Tesla is transitioning to more of a traditional high volume automotive company who can no longer financially and administratively continue those benefits. In addition the customer base is expanding past the bleeding edge tech oriented people to more traditional customers who are accustomed to the traditional business model. The one area that Tesla must now address is its after sales service. Tesla's current sales volume has now placed it as a main stream auto manufacturers. The problem is its service capacity has not grown at the same rate. The wait time for parts and service appointments will likely become the next major deterrent to continued growth.
