How do I start a Tesla chat? When I try all I get is this page:

it's definitely there. one of the posts documents one way to get there. forewarning to anyone invoking chat - it will take a minimum of 30 minutes before anyone answers and if you don't respond in a timely manner, they will close the chat.

i waited for close to an hour one day, forgot about it and when i returned the chat session had ended.
