Then you do not have it. Why do you think you should? Free supercharging is not necessarily a given, depends on how and when you acquired the vehicle.

Reach out to your OA to assist with it, they can create a case, it would help if you had it in writing that you qalualified for it.

Mine is still pending but I have an email guaranteeing it, so I am still waiting for them to update it

They can't handle the congestion. Previous buyers will also not tolerate missing out on it.

The MOST I can see is FUSC for 3 years as opposed to lifetime. Bad for previous owners but if they have to make a sale..
