I live at the end of a 4 km dirt road.
And have washed the car once so far.
There was a little bit of dust on the door surrounds but very little inside the car.
Car feels good over corrugations although I have driven fairly slowly with suspension on high or very high( very high resets to high at about 35 kph.)

I live at the end of a very corrugated road that is fairly steep in places and in winter muddy & slippery its the reason I got air suspension. But we'll see how it goes.
from a very limited experience of driving it down an inner city cobbled lane I think that you'll be pleasantly surprised. Having said that I know that Citroen's hydropneumatic suspensions always had most trouble when both wheels on the same axle were deflected at once, this may or may not be the case with Tesla's air suspension.
