Did you get all three pieces installed? Could you post photos of those as well?

I think the other 2 pieces are under the plastic cover towards the front of the car

Yes, that seems certain. All the new "shield" pieces are forward of the pack with one piece at the leading edge of the pack.

Yes, had my retrofit on Monday. Everything is forward of battery pack. I do not have photos, but there is an excellent thread with photos on the TM Forum.
