As posted on Telsamotors forum, the German language version of the Swiss ordering page showed higher hp numbers for both motors and a matching higher total horsepower number for the P85D. Here's a screen grab before it was changed. A 10% horsepower boost, delivered over-the-air, would be sweet!

Yes,yes,yes. The remote disabling would not have to be instant or sudden. It could easily be implemented with a 30-second (or whatever time you deem fit) warning before it slowly starts to decrease the allowable top speed and acceleration.
