Temp Lemon Model X: Lost keys. Mobile app and Roadside asst cannot unlock/start the car

In the hustle, my son left the MX key fob on the top of the frunk (not inside). None of the family members realized this. The MX started normally and we left home..somewhere along the way the key fob rolled off and fell.

I reached our destination and as we parked, saw the warning on the panel that the key was not inside. I came out of the car, and then the car locked itself, immediately.

Now here is where it gets interesting.

I tried several times from the mobile app to unlock the card or start, it would not. All the other commands worked (Horn, Lights, Power port, Temp control on/off) but not the unlock/start.

Called Tesla roadside assistance -- they tried unlocking -- it failed as well.

I left the car, got myself an uber back home. Now going back to get it towed to the Dublin, CA service center. My worry is this is going to hurt the car as the car's parking brake cannot be disengaged and it is parked in a tight parking lot.

Fingers crossed.

Isn't this a Temp Lemon?

The towing companies have rollers they can put under the wheels. It does not take much space to jack up the car, install these, and roll the car onto the flatbed.
