Swap out 2014 model s tires/wheels with 2023 model s aero tires/wheels

I have an opp to buy a new set of Aero 2023 wheels and tires from a model s to install on my 2014 model s.

A good idea? The economics are great.

They will physically not fit.
The Refresh cars have a 4" wider rear body to accommodate the different offset and wider wheels.
In the Pic below, Orange is the refresh wheel/tire

I would see if you can try them first to make sure that they either fit or they don't fit. That's the best method.

They are inset 1" more then the original wheels, so the best method would be to measure how much space you have from your existing wheel to the inside suspension links and see if you have more then 27mm, cause if not, then the wheel will not fit on the car and he would be stuck with a wheel set he cannot use.

You'd need spacers to make them fit. Pretty big ones.

That, or the ability to make the wheel and strut occupy the same physical space simultaneously. Which I think would win him a Nobel prize too.
