Gas station owner on the corner objected, but overruled.
I think it's this kind of the area below. Article mentions demolishing Northeast Insurance building and an old pizza place, which Google Maps suggests is the building I put the question marks on.
Looks like Meadow Ave would provide would provide the access for northbound travelers and the return to I-81 for Southbound travelers.
If this had been open last July we would have used this for our Kona instead of crossing downtown to use the EA at Sheetz. (Although there are already now 4 high-power EVGos a bit further south at a Pilot off I-81 in Pittston, PA as well, so we might have used that instead.)
