Came across this permit filed by a Tesla representative at 9197 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061 on the City of Houston permit site. I couldn't really find a business at that address. The Daily Donuts on the southside of the road makes sense, but the numbering doesn't (should be on the northwest side of the intersection). If anyone has better thoughts on location, share them.

I guess it _could_ be in the business park on the NW corner or in the vacant space on the NE corner. There are crosswalks at the intersection that would allow people to get to various amenities, and in particular a sidewalk could be used to get to an Exxon gas station.
