It's at Frank's Piggly Wiggly, 58 West Market Street.

A couple mile diversion off I-43, but any superchargers on that route are welcome.

This stop is a nice ~half way point between Milwaukee and Rockford. If I use this location, my usual Rockford Supercharger stop will not be needed.

Nothing to be concerned about - heaps of their sites appear out of the blue and never show up as "coming soon".

Nothing I’m aware of, unfortunately. Even MarcoRP had low confidence when I asked him about it earlier this year. That doesn’t mean something won’t show up elsewhere along this corridor.

Looks like some site plans have shown up, based on the plans appears it will be a 12 stall setup, maybe v4? based on the pedestal drawings, and located at BJ’s Lafayette Fuel Plaza in Elkhorn (42.692822, -88.500537)

We've removed the original Elkhorn, WI permit pin and replaced it with this new location at the BP on highway 11.

That’s Very Plausible. That way All EV’s benefit from the longer cables. I expect Tesla will eventually start upgrading some Locations with the new V4 style pedestals.

Yeah, I stopped by on my way back from Eclipse viewing in Southern IL. I just forgot to post a status update.
