Strange nose pimple appeared on my M3

Hello everyone I’m in the UK and new to the forum, and looking forward to learning and sharing. I’ve had my M3LR since new in March 2020, first as a company car and this year I bought it from the lease company. Just recently I noticed this raised spot with cracked paint/glaze and I’m wondering if anyone else has seen similar or could offer an explanation and/or recommendation?

can't really tell exactly where this is on the nose, but my initial thought wold be stone chip that moisture got under and bubbled the paint. Is the number raised, or just the paint?

It looks like the plastic has ruptured and shattered the paint layer, it’s all raised. Photo attached.

Looks like something from inside broke or deformed the plastic bumper from inside, kind of like a screw or nail. Was any new accessory installed in the frunk perhaps? Unfortunately, it's a chore to take off the bumper to look.

You can perhaps remove the frunk to see if you can catch a glimpse, that isn't too difficult.

Maybe the front was lightly hit and pushed back into a bolt head or other hard object under the bumper cover to pop out the plastic and crack the paint.
