Yes it has. It used to be only 8 miles less than the LRAnd has the Performance's range dropped too? I thought it used to be ~352 miles, now it's showing as 340 miles (although it doesn't state that's WLTP rated)
Price rise was last week. Also another £1000 increase in price for the SR+. Interesting.
Oh I didn't realise. Gone up since I ordererd at beginning of October anyhow. Personally not that fussed with extra 20 mile range (if you get it) for another £1kPrice rise was last week.
Weight differential is only listed as 10kg? ....which seems very low, certainly not enough to warrant a 0.5 sec increase.5.3 to 5.8 is a pretty significant reduction. Assuming due to additional weight.
it is something they would do, although it could also be slower to help increase the range on the car?Weight differential is only listed as 10kg? ....which seems very low, certainly not enough to warrant a 0.5 sec increase.
Maybe 0-60 is software locked to ensure it doesn't move people from LR orders, until the range on that is adjusted to 380 miles, (Panasonic/new LG packs) as per EU.
Decrease it slightly later on.
It's the sort of thing Tesla would do!

Also, maybe a £1500 acceleration boost is on the cards!5.3 to 5.8 is a pretty significant reduction. Assuming due to additional weight.
I've just been on the chat with Tesla as I ordered an SR+ due in December - apparently, vehicles arriving this quarter will have the longer range but a 0-60 of 5.6 seconds rather than the 5.8 currently advertised
