Solaredge inverter replaced, app partially working

Tesla replaced my Solaredge inverter in early May. I can see production in the Tesla app. But I'm only seeing partial data in the Solaredge app. In the dashboard, I can only see current product but no data in the daily, weekly or monthly sections. Also, in the Layout tab, I can see production for my inverter and optimizer but not the production meter. I have a open case with Solaredge but still in progress. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you resolved this?
