I want to use it for sure but I won’t put the car in positions that makes it awkward or an issue for others. Not so busy parking lot with not so confusing layout. I definitely want to help make the feature better by using it

Where did you get this information? Did you get a notification in Software tab of the car for this?
Where did you get that from? Nothing on Teslafi or any other Tesla software tracker reported 32.12 and nothing on Reddit.

I see the version in the Stats for Tesla app. As of Sunday night, I also see it installed in “.0” vehicles. (i.e., no vehicles)

It is an iOS (Apple devices) app, on the AppStore. The full name is “Stats for Tesla”.
Remember. Elon did not say that Smart Summon would be in Canada this weekend.

It is safe to say, Elon's aim was a bit off. Yes, I know...that felt like a bad pun.
As I understand it, they only show to 1 decimal point, so you could have a couple of vehicles with this version, and it would still be less than 0.1%, and show as zero. Depends on the size of their subscriber base.
I do not believe they show a new version until detected in a vehicle.
I assume we will know for sure in a few days, if the number starts to climb.

If you have v10 already it should show the firmware version before and while you upgrade. If it's higher than 2019.32.11.1 maybe. If you don't have v10 it's probably v10.
