I'm the main person on a Family account and I'm able to log in as well. If you're having issues, you can go to the "Set device password" tab of your Account view (in a web browser) and use that to log into Spotify on certain devices. This is what I used to log into mine and had no issues.

Yes, this! I also found this to be an amazing side effect of having Youtube in the car now and I am loving it! :D Also great the community has found a way to get Plex to work in full screen ;):).

I believe the tax amount shown in your Tesla account is always a bit wonky / off until you're close to delivery and they're finalizing everything, so don't worry. Just sit tight until you move up in the process and it gets updated.

I think if you're in Ontario, we're actually further ahead where FSD is concerned as from Jan 2019 onwards, they're allowing Level 3 autonomous vehicles available for public purchase to be driven on Ontario roads. Tesla Autopilot is currently still a Level 2 system, so hopefully when final FSD...

Haha, same here. Cost of electric fuel for me is literally zero, with the exception of Supercharger use... (Though technically, it's not free as have to pay for parking downtown while charging is free, but at least work sufficiently reimburses parking fees. :D)
