San Diego Tesla Club Meeting Tuesday 7/23/13 at 6 PM

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
Our next meeting will be held Tuesday, July 23 from 6 –8 PM at the SDG&E
Energy Innovation Center, 4760 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92117

We are working out the details, but hopefully we’ll do a greet in the
parking lot (front or back lot; will let you know which) from 6 – 6:30 PM
and then go inside for a presentation from some of our members who went to
TESLIVE. (If you attended TESLIVE, can you arrange with Randy to coordinate
pictures etc).

Wes Walz (detailing) and Evan Rowe (wrapping) will give a short presentation on their services and answer questions, and maybe our window tinter will attend.

That’s all in the works but I wanted to let you know the date so you could
put it on your calendar.

Hope to see you there.

David

Updated Meeting Notice for Tuesday, July 23:

Believe it or not, we are up to almost 100 members on our email list.
I haven’t asked who’s coming because I think the SDG&E Energy Innovation Center, 4760 Clairemont Mesa Blvd is large enough to accommodate those attending.

We can park in the front parking lot and talk with other Tesla owners from 6 – 7 PM. The meeting will be held inside, with those members who attended the recent TESLIVE event telling us a little about the historic event.
You can view the 2 ½ hour General Session, including Elon and Leilani Munter, at http://www.teslamotorsclub.com/entry.php/112-Teslive-2013

We have also added a new speaker, Tony Williams, who will talk about the BC2BC electric car race that took place about two weeks ago. If you follow Tesla at all on the internet, you will know about this historic British Columbia to Baja California race that Tony organized. Nine days, 1500 miles. Hear about the race first-hand from Tony.

Finally, giving short presentations and answering questions will be Wes Walz of Elite Finish Detailing and Evan Rowe of Auto Armour LLC. (Xpel Ultimate installer). We have such beautiful cars and these gentlemen will tell us how to keep them that way.

This meeting will be jam packed with info. We have to vacate the building by 9 PM.

Again, if you have a name tag, wear it. Just makes things easier for everyone.

See you Tuesday.

David
