2.6.4 Eligible Locations
Below are the eligible locations in Maine on which bids will be accepted for this RFP.

2. Charging Equipment Requirements –
a. Be new, and unused (not refurbished or remanufactured);
b. Meet the following minimum specifications:
1. Two (2) DCFC ports per site;
2. At least one port must be able to serve EVs using the CCS standard (NACS is
strongly encouraged);
3. Each site must be able to supply power according to an EV’s power delivery
request up to at least 150kW to two (2) vehicles simultaneously.

At least it's not just 50kW. There are a bunch of other rules that Tesla's simple V4 design might not meet so well. But it would be nice if Tesla could say "Only 2? How about 8?!"

NEVI uptime rules apply

c. The Recipient must ensure that each EV charging port is operational at least 97% annual
Uptime and, further, that Downtime for each individual charging port does not exceed
72 consecutive hours. It is the Recipient’s responsibility to ensure the 97% Uptime
requirement is met for each individual charging port and that interruptions are remedied
within 72 hours. For any interruption in service to any DCFC that has lasted or is
expected to last more than four (4) hours:
