Rehoboth Beach, Delaware - Proposed 16 kW Charging Stations

Is Delaware finished installing their charging stations with the one in Bridgeville? It seems there needs to be one in Fenwick to cover the southern side of Delaware. A Nissan Leaf, or similar, would have difficulty making a round trip from Rehoboth or Bridgeville to Fenwick and making it back to either of those stations.
