The surrounding trim on my driver's side rear window where it makes a corner into the rear hatch seems to be coming off. I've tried simply pushing it back in and it doesn't do anything. When I flash a light into the space I can see a blue trim push pin that's there but doesn't seem to be doing anything.
My question is has anyone else noticed this? Would service fix this under warranty? I've been getting responses from them that fit and finish issues are only addressed within the first year of ownership and beyond that they don't cover it despite being within warranty. Is this any easy fix to do yourself and if so, what is involved?
