Referral Rewards disappointment for CCS Combo 1 Adapter for your Model 3/Y/X/S

Hello, I used 4k of my reward redemption to purchase this adapter, my mistake is I wasn’t aware my new Tesla purchase had it inside the trunk. It took me a month of trying to cancel order on day 1 and calling a few different Tesla locations to return. Today I was finally told ALL Rewards sales are final. I never saw this policy listed anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could return an unopened adapter. Wished Tesla would take the return.

Besides that I really like my Model 3

I was not aware that new Teslas came with a CCS-1 adapter. I WAS AWARE OF THE J-1772 though. This is new/odd?

Your only option is to sell it.

Are you sure your car came with one? Because they don’t normally. They only come with the J1772 adapter. Unless you bought the car used and the previous owner threw it in. I can’t see Tesla throwing in a free $250 adapter.
