Rearranging delivery date in the UK

I’ve just ordered an MY in the UK and got my delivery date text come through. It’s a date I can’t make, and I’ve replied to the text asking to rearrange.

They haven’t replied yet. What are people’s experiences with rearranging? Do they give you a choice of new dates? Are they strict on how many days in the future you can move it to etc?

Called them in the end as for no reply via text. They were flexible, for anyone’s future reference they can only change up to 7 days after the original date.
