Rear console experiences?

I just got my rear console. Unfortunately, the car doesn't come for another 3-4 weeks! Have I made a mistake? Does anyone else have more than a few days experience with the console (especially if you have kids)?

I was one of the first to get it. I like it, It's been in my car since I've got it. I doubt I will remove it often.
