Rattling and Buzzing sound when changing temperature or heat/ac activated in my 2014 Model S.

Does anyone know what is causing the noise in the video? I have been having the buzzing sound for a couple years and now the rattling sound. The heater and ac work fine, just the sound.

The loud thud is my wife kicking the car to try and stop the noise, ignore her.

Sounds like a blend door actuator is failing or has failed.
