Pano roof rubber seals maintenance?

My pano roof started "stuttering" when opening/closing...what would this knowledgeable crowd recommend using to clean/grease the seals?

This is well reviewed, wondering if anyone has experience with it?

Mine started studdering last fall. Mine has tearing along the track. Getting the entire track replaced monday.

Mine was studdering last summer as well. Tesla took a look at it and replaced the whole roof with the newer updated design.

I use silicone spray on all rubber parts of my cars several times a year. Helps to keep the rubber soft and pliable and keeps it from deteriorating. I just used generic silicone spray from the hardware store.
