I don’t think they have been sitting around for awhile. I ordered in August and getting deliver end of September, with the same starting VIN.Will do! Let us know how yours turns out too! I was just curious the production timeframe for our VIN range...I hope these are not cars that have been sitting around or rejected by others! It’s amazing how these forums help us sooo much and drive us crazy at the same time....I’ve never cared about VINs or production dates or stickers on doors prior to being a Tesla owner hahahaha....

I'm due to pick up 631XX next week, so I put it into the United Road trace tool, and it didn't come up. I calculated nearby VINs and tried those, and I got a hit a few lower (moved from Fremont to railhead first week of Sep) and a few higher (moved from Fremont to railhead last week). Most nearby VINs in Troy's spreadsheet are the same body color. So: either they were making and storing, at Fremont, completed cars in configurations they didn't even offer 4 months ago -- or they're assigning batches of VIN numbers substantially out of order to when they're actually assembled and produced.

Victory Secured on Day 902
Austin Service Center was overwhelmed and running very late. It was 2 hours past my appointment time before my car was ready for me. Luckily build quality is just fine. No paint or body panel issues. Only thing is the front undercarriage cover popped out on one side (see pic) and was missing 2 plastic clips. I popped it back in and service dept gave me 2 new clips, then I was on my way
Nothing wrong with 2 white cars! Yes, I think it's parked on a slope.Love the 3 in white...if my wife’s Lexus wasn’t white I would have gotten white. Is your car parked on a slope there? Fender gap looks less than other p3d+ I’ve seen pics of...looks good!!

My same exact VIN showed back up in my account exactly 7 days before delivery.I am scheduled to pick up my P3D+ red black interior 632XX on 6/29 in Cleveland. Originally I was scheduled for deliver 9/17 but was told that the car was en route to Chicago and then Cleveland on 9/27. I had a conflict on 9/28 so I chose 9/29. When IDA rescheduled the VIN disappeared, but he told me it was the same. Since then Tesla has finally added trade in allowance. IDA said the VIN is the same. Last contact was I was still good to go 9/29 and should receive finalized MVPA 3 days ahead. It is all hands on deck at Tesla, the IDA normally works in solar, but was re-tasked to set up deliveries. I've also tried my VIN in United Road, but I've not had a result.
