Obtaining rear bumper cover

Recently my rear bumper got dented (2023 M3P). The part is available but says "Tesla only" in the parts catalog. I'm thinking of replacing it myself as it does not look like rocket science. However, it seems virtually impossible to buy the part straight up without going through a rather long winded and time consuming estimation process. Any suggestions as to whether it is possible to just pay cah money and buy the thing appreciated. Cheers!

Have looked, they're mostly in worst shape than mine!

It may be that Tesla does not want people just slapping on a new bumper cover, without addressing any damage than may have been done underneath it.
