I damaged the passenger door on my 2014 model S. I got a quote from a certified Tesla repair shop. They gave me a quote for a new door but indicated that they would not be able to get me in for repair due to the inability to get parts. They indicated it could be up to a YEAR! I inquired about used parts and they said they could not use used parts as they would lose their Tesla certification.
I was able to find a used door the same year and the same color and am now looking for an Auto Body shop to put it on. Does anyone out there know of a good shop in the Scottsdale AZ area?
