I think you will have a real chance to get in the 10s as I told you Famoso is about .1 sec faster than Fontana. How do you plan to charge your Tesla P90DL? My trailer is being repaired right now but I could drive up and see you run and run myself.

I'm going straight to the Buttonwillow SC to charge up. Then I'm going to head over to the Flying J Truck Plaza near the strip. They have a shore power 14-50 that you can plug into for $1/hr. That will take me back up to 100% and then I'll drive the 8.1 miles to the strip and hope for the best. Not ideal, but hopefully I can get my first run in the high 90's still.

B cause that's what Inhave on my P90DL but mine was manufactured August 2015 but it was a demo loaner car?!
Could Tesla possibly have been using higher output batteries to impress people in Demo cars!!!??? WOW!!?
If your P90DL was made in August 2015, it is definitely a version 1 car, the slowest one. The best time you should expect is 11.2x quarter mile.

The quickest reported time for a P85D with Ludicrous at that same track, albeit on a different day, was 11.224.
The P85D with Ludicrous makes about 456 KW.
Doesn't seem like the addition of nearly 50KW makes as big of a difference in quarter mile performance as one might expect.
Perhaps it is in how and where in the operation of the vehicle the additional power is added.
But right now, it's not looking like there's much more than a dime's worth of difference, if that, in actual quarter mile results between these battery types until you bring up the TRC car's 10.8s.
11.220 is the quickest reported time for the "V1 Version" of the P90D.

I have battery B1071394-00-A on my August 2015 P90DL, does this mean i have the 1600 amp fuse?!

I have a September 2015 P90D L, I'd like to check the battery number for a comparison, where do I find that information?
Just look under your car. It is behind the right front wheel well. Look at the label attached on the battery pack.

Someone please tell how on earth my new P90DL Manufacture Date Aug 2015 and been a loaner since and i got it with 10k mileage on it a few days ago!!HAS A V2 Is Battery 1071394-00-A ?!!! If they replace someone it they would have said?! How can i find out if i have a brand new battery as part of PDI process?!
