Posted this on FB about a month or so ago, but google doesn't index private groups too well, so posting it here incase other want to know this information.

Like many legacy Model S and X owners with air suspension you may have experienced vibration under heavy acceleration and/or inner tire wear and 6 half shafts replacements from Tesla whilst under warranty. I have managed to finally get the parts and most importantly found a suspension expert that knows their stuff. I purchased N2itive’s Alignment Kit 1
The hardest part was finding someone to install, I had a couple of recommendations for Trutrack Suspension in Melbourne. I was the guinea pig as I couldn’t find anyone who had done this before. From the moment you walk in to TruTrack you know these guys know their *sugar* and immediately made me felt at ease with my Model X.
Install took a day and a half and WOW what a difference! Tracks correctly, hard take off from lights and NO VIBRATIONS I wish I did this 4 years ago! My last set of tires had 4mm on the outer and cords on the inner.
Any one that has either inner tire wear or vibration under acceleration get this kit and get these guys to install it!

Thank you….we managed to get a full 8 year warranty on our X to which we have a little more than 3 years left…was going to get a new X but looking to make the current one nicer for the next 3 years….hoping this will do the trick.

Do you have the 22’s? We have the 22’s and the 19’s and find that the 22’s track shockingly, 19s all good…

I run 20’s just the stock standard ones

We have N2itive on our '13 S and love it. It's not the same car with these on.

Does it end up lower the car? I personally don't want it lowered, just less fibration when under acceleration...

It lowers it a tiny bit, only 1-2 cm on front and 3-4 on back.

This sounds like a winning mod..I presume the suspension raising/lowering still all functions as per normal?
Had the half shafts in my X replaced once already under warranty and have noticed the shudder has started to come back.
The N2itive website says kit can be installed by any competent suspension place, has anyone found a place in Sydney that has experience in installing these yet?

Yes, all functions as per normal.
I’ve had 6 half shafts replacements.

6!! Is that the front end 3 times or some other combination?

No, that is 6 times replacing the full half shafts. If you want to be technical it would be 12 half shafts.
All done under warranty so no cost. But now I am out of warranty I had this done. Wish I did it long time ago…
