No, It does not work. On a Type 2 - Type 2 Cable the male end is 1.67cm longer than the female end, ensuring that it cant be used as a extension cable as there is no protection from accidently unplugging it. Go get yourself a good extension cord.

TeslaFi I believe is the best option for this. You can filter it down, tag locations, tag different types of charging sessions, and once you have your tag locations setup, its all automated.
