Model S windshield fogging up from inside, starting to crack.

Windshield and back window fogging up from inside on my 2016 P90D Model S. I’ve also started getting cracks in the windshield. I live in the Bay Area, so I don’t think its the weather. No clue what’s causing this, any help would be great!
