Do u mean the hub bearings went bad?
I just replaced mine at 165k miles. That's so weird. They must have gotten a bad batch. I would notify the NTSB, that's a safety issue on a new car for sure.

The AWD front axles have CV joints on the axles.
The spline goes thru the hub with nut on the end.

Well, I get to join this group I guess. Was notified today that my 2020 MSLR (11k miles) needs its axels replaced. They only had one side, so I have to wait for the other side to come in. Luckily they will get me a loaner
