Hoping that the vast knowledge of this forum can help me decide on two issues regarding the brakes (Model 3 Perf, will be seeing some spirited canyon driving, no tracking, but I have a little obsession with having the best of everything
on my car)
1. Will be putting on the 380mm Paragon front discs, but is it worth also changing the rear rotors with the 380mm Paragon? Will it actually make even a slight difference?
2. Brake pads: I have Carbotech AX6 on my RS5 and the feel and bite is amazing, but they squeak like crazy (something I can live with, though); 10 forums, 10 opinions: DS2500 are very good, don`t squeak / Model 3 is too heavy for DS2500, MX72 are the best (but expensive AF) / MX72 are overrated and bad initial bite; stick with AX6`s? Are MX72 worth the massive premium? Other options?
