Michigan residents purchase of inventory vehicle from another state

Michigan can't have any Tesla in the state until its fully paid (thanks to some crap dealer law).

Has anyone purchased Inventory Tesla from Michigan? Do you pickup from its location or do they deliver in Michigan like custom order?
